How it works:

  • We ask questions about your medical history and your pregnancy, if applicable, to check that the pills are safe for you. You find out immediately if you are approved to receive pills by mail.

    We do not collect any personal information or save any of the data you enter into the form until you are approved and decide to continue.

    If you choose to move forward, we will collect your name, phone number and shipping address, so that we can coordinate your care. You are NOT required to provide ID.

  • After providing your address, you will see a detailed description of the pay-what-you-can-afford pricing options available to you.

    The full cost of our care is $300. For those who cannot afford the full cost, pricing options start at $5 in settings where abortion access is most limited, and $150 in other settings. We also offer a pay-it-forward rate up to $600 for those who can afford their own care, plus a contribute to help someone else.

    We ask that you honestly assess your ability to pay and select a price that fits your situation.

    You will be able to complete your payment immediately within the Pill Request Form.

  • We can arrange shipment to any U.S. state, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO addresses.

    Your medication kit will include 1 tablet of mifepristone and 12 tablets of misoprostol. It will arrive in nondescript packaging, in 2-5 business days.

  • You will be invited to join our secure messaging application. We will send you detailed care instructions, as well as tips and reminders within the app.

    Our accompaniment team provides 24/7 support via secure messaging. You can keep in touch with us as much or as little as you like before, during and after taking the pills.

    We'll check in to see how you are doing 2 weeks and 5 weeks after we process your order. Prescription of an ongoing contraceptive method is included in your care, if desired.
