Community Supported Abortion

Our Community Supported Abortion program provides medication abortion during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, throughout the United States. Sliding scale pricing ranges from $150 - $600. You choose a payment amount that fits your economic and social situation. Additional assistance is available to those who need it.

  • This form asks a series of screening questions to ensure that medication abortion is a safe option for you. We review your intake within 24 hours.

  • A detailed description of our sliding scale pricing and payment process is included in the intake form. You select the payment amount that works best for you.

    Once your eligibility is confirmed you will receive an email with a secure link to complete your selected sliding scale payment. We also accept payment via Venmo.

  • Your medication kit will include 1 tablet of mifepristone and 8 to 12 tablets of misoprostol. It will arrive in nondescript packaging, in 3-5 days. Expedited delivery in 1-3 days is available for an additional fee.

  • Comprehensive information and support are available, if desired, via our secure messaging application, text or email.

    Aftercare includes a check in by your midwife at 1 week and 5 weeks after your abortion. We'll ask about how you are doing and if you have any follow up care needs. Prescription of an ongoing contraception method is included in your care, if desired.

    Emergency Contraception (EC) can be used to prevent pregnancy within the first 5 days after unprotected penis-in-vagina sex. We can order EC if you’ve had unprotected sex in the last 72 hours, or just want to have EC available for future use.

    Sliding scale: $10-$60 consult fee, plus the cost of your medication.

  • Contraception Counseling and Prescriptions

    Already know what birth control works best for you? Looking for education and support to choose a method? Struggling with side effects caused by your current birth control and looking for an alternative? In these situations and more, we can help!

    We can schedule a virtual visit to answer all of your questions and find the best method for you, or we can coordinate your care via email, phone or text. You can choose to have your birth control delivered discreetly to your door, or available for pick up at your local pharmacy.

    Sliding scale: $20-$60 consult fee, plus the cost of your medication.
    Includes ongoing messaging with a provider, if you have any questions.

    Worried you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI)? A vaginal infection, such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis? A sexually transmitted infection (STI) or a herpes outbreak? We can attend to all of these issues efficiently and confidentially, via telehealth.
